Maintenance Contracts for Computers:

• Software Maintenance Contract: The software maintenance contract will include any problem with the software installed on the computer. It can be any software from any vendor.

Charges for the software maintenance contract:

1 year Software maintenance contract – AUD 149.00

2 year Software maintenance contract – AUD 249.00

• Hardware Maintenance Contract: The hardware maintenance contract includes any kind of problem related to the hardware installed in your PC. It will be covered for replacement. If the product goes bad you don’t have to pay for the new product, we replace it on our cost. The hardware maintenance contract includes the software support as well and it also includes the support for your printer.

Charges for the hardware maintenance contract:

1 year Hardware maintenance contract – AUD 365.00 (Dollar per Day)

2 year Hardware maintenance contract – AUD 499.00

We also take the maintenance contracts for the networks, the cost depends on the size of the network and the type and number of devices installed.
